How could anyone possibly think she was within her rights as a parent?! You can’t just go mutilating your son’s penis at home!!!! Do you think it would be within rights as a parent to cut up and mutilate a finger or some other body part? NO. You can’t go cutting up on your kids. Of course she should be charged.
